1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Lisa Puplett (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services
We offer graphic design services, including but not limited to logo design, branding, illustration, web design, copywriting, and product photography. The specifics of the services provided will be outlined in the project agreement between the client and Lisa Puplett.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are required to provide clear and timely communication, necessary materials, and feedback throughout the process. Failure to do so may result in project delays and additional charges.

4. Copyright and Ownership
Upon full payment, the client owns the final approved design. Until full payment is received, Lisa Puplett retains ownership of all drafts, concepts, and unused materials. We reserve the right to use any work created for promotional purposes.

5. Payment
A detailed payment structure will be outlined in the project agreement. Payment is due in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or termination.

6. Revisions
A specified number of revisions is included in the project agreement. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges. Major revisions or changes to the original project scope may also incur extra fees.

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any information shared during the course of the project. Lisa Puplett will not disclose proprietary client information without prior consent.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of the agreement. In such cases, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

9. Liability
Lisa Puplett will not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Lisa Puplett harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of or related to the services provided.

10. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Lisa Puplett reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this page regularly for any changes.

By engaging in our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
